We welcome you to the Holy Face Prayer Group, a small and growing community on the North Side of Brisbane devoted to deepening our love for Jesus through the Holy Face Devotion.
This devotion, rooted in Scripture and enriched by centuries of Catholic tradition, invites us to contemplate the suffering, love, and mercy reflected in the Face of Christ. It traces its history through St. Veronica’s veil and the revelations given to Sr. Mary of St. Peter in the 19th century, who was asked by Our Lord to promote reparation for sins such as blasphemy and irreverence.
Our prayer group gathers to honour the Holy Face of Jesus, to console His Heart, and to pray for our families, our community, and the Church.
